Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort has prime (before 8 am) Saturday and Sunday tee times available for the 2010 season.  The following is a brief description of the program.  Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Tee Times

• Option #1 - Must agree to play a minimum of 22 of the 25 weeks between April 17, 2010 and October 3, 2010.
• Option #2 - Must agree to play a minimum of the 15 of the 18 weeks between May 15, 2010 and September 12, 2010.

Deposit

• $500 Total, $150 to secure time, $350 due 3/1/2010
• Option #1 or Option #2 - A deposit of $500 is required for the foursome.  This deposit will be held until the end of the 2010 season.  Deposits must remain at the full amount for the entire season.

Greens Fees

• Option #1 - Greens fee will be at a rate of $69 per person per week and includes a cart with GPS.
• Option #2 - Greens fee will be at a rate of $79 per person per week and includes a cart with GPS.
• Walking is available, but is the same rate as riding.  Fees are paid weekly and can be paid individually.

Players

• Starting April 17, 2010, the group is responsible for 88 weekend rounds for Option #1 and 60 weekend rounds for Option #2.

Golf Courses

• The permanent tee times will be on Blackhawk Trace for the entire season.  We will try to rotate the golf courses as best we can between the 3 nine's.  However, you may call 72 hours in advance of your tee time and ask to move to a different course.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the tee time.  The group is responsible for number of players that are booked on the teesheet.  In the event that you have less than four players, Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort will open up the tee sheet.  Indian Lakes Resort has the right to cancel a tee time at any point outside of two weeks.  A cancellation on the part of Indian Lakes Resort does not count as one of the three allowable cancellations and will count as 4 players toward your weekend round count.
• Option #1 - The group is allowed three cancellations during the 25-week period.  Please remember that the key to the program is playing 88 weekend rounds.
• Option #2 - The group is allowed three cancellations during the 18-week period.  Please remember that the key to the program is playing 60 weekend rounds.

Weather

• In the event of inclement weather, permanent tee time players will be allowed to cancel inside the 72-hour period.  Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort reserves the right to decide inclement weather.  If Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort decides that a cancellation based on inclement weather is permissible, this cancellation will not count as one of the three allowable cancellations and your account will be credited with the playing of 4 rounds.

Rain Check Policy

• Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort will use "rain check" in accordance with the Indian Lakes Resort Rain Check Policy.

Food and Beverages

• Food and beverages may not be brought onto the premises.

Damage or Loss of Property

• Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort will not be held responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
